PLATES SYSTEMS
Bone Plates are considered in 2 groups mainly as Upper Extremity Plates and Lower Extremity Plates. Upper Extremity Plates are used for the bones between the pelvis and shoulders and include Ø 3.5 mm plate and screw combinations.
Lower Extremity Plates are used for the bones in the area from the pelvic bone to the toes and include Ø 5.0 mm plate (except fibula bone) and screw combinations.
Mini Plates consist of plates designed in different sizes of 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm, different shapes compatible with the anatomical structure of the region for fusion, osteotomy and fracture detection in hand and foot orthopedic surgery.
Minimally Invasive Plates are plates that indirectly reduce the fracture in comminuted fractures, especially in areas where intramedullary nail application is difficult, and fix the fracture line with a plate without causing excessive soft tissue stripping in the fracture area.
Bone Screw are used for temporary fixation in bone fractures or small bone fixations, wrist, foot, ankle, elbow and hand bone fractures, osteochondritis dissecans, arthrodesis in hand, foot, wrist, elbow and ankle.
